Lavender Honey

Alternative interim use

There are large tracts of land where either the development market isn’t sufficiently confident to proceed with the intended proposal or they have simply been abandoned to be sterile and derelict. Lavender Honey is a proposal for an alternative interim use.  These areas could be productive and contribute to the health and wellbeing of city dwellers.  Lavender Honey transforms three acres of under-utilised land into a productive landscape; creating biomass fuel and a border of lavender as a habitat for Bees and wildlife with the potential to farm honey.
